We can cater for up to 6 people and have 1 double bedroom with en-suite, 1 twin room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge. Each bedroom has plenty of built in storage with fitted wardrobes and all bed linen is provided.

We have an open planned lounge with large corner sofa (can be turned into a double bed) and an armchair. The dining area has a table and chairs and patio doors leading onto the verandah. For those who like the modern comforts of home, we have a colour television, cd player and cosy electric fire place.

The kitchen has a range of wall and base units which have all the cutlery and crockery you'll need. It has a range oven with electric hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.

The bathroom has a large enclosed electric shower, wash hand basin and wc. Their is also an en-suite from the master bedroom.

Externally we have a large secure graveled area with picnic table and a large lockable outhouse which is perfect for storing fishing accessories and bikes. The verandah leads out from both the patio and front door and offers fantastic views of the river Tweed and countryside, perfect for eating or socialising in the warmer months. Their is secure off road parking for up to 3 cars and a lockable entrance gate.
